Ways We Can Help

NDIS Support for Dural's Acreage and Village Life

Support Workers & Daily Living

On a Dural block the nearest neighbour can be a paddock away, so a support worker who comes to you is the whole point. Ours help with personal care, meals, medication prompts and getting to appointments, and we send the same person each time so the routine holds.

Community Access & Round Corner

Round Corner on Old Northern Road is Dural's village, with the shops, cafes and the bus terminus where the 604 leaves for Castle Hill and Parramatta. A support worker can make it a regular outing, and our fortnightly Sunday outings add a day out with others every second week.

Help Around the Home

Acreage homes come with more floor to sweep and further to carry the groceries. A support worker can share the washing, the kitchen, the weekly shopping run and the jobs that keep a big house liveable, working the way you like it, with the same face turning up each time.

Dural & Surrounds

Nurseries, Acreage and a Village Everyone Passes Through

Old Northern Road at Round Corner, Dural

Dural straddles the boundary of Hornsby Shire and The Hills Shire, a semi-rural suburb of big blocks, wholesale nurseries and bush, where the smell of cut grass and the sound of a tractor are still part of the week. The Metro stations at Castle Hill and Cherrybrook are a bus ride away and the 642X runs express to the city, so the suburb is less cut off than it feels. For people living with disability, Dural's space and quiet are a real pleasure, and distance is the one thing that needs managing.

From our office in Windsor, Dural is around thirty-five minutes away through Kenthurst, and our support workers come to your home through the week for personal care, daily living and the trips that keep life connected. We offer recovery coaching where your NDIS plan includes it, and Lusi on our team runs a fortnightly Sunday outing with pickup from home. If you are in Dural and want to talk it through, call us on 02 9037 3716 or send a message through our contact form.
