Our founder, Anil, started Enable Hub because he saw what was missing in the Hawkesbury: a provider that actually knew the community it served. As a social worker who lives locally, Anil built the team around this same idea. Everyone here lives and works within the region, and that shows up in the support you receive. We're based in Windsor, inside the Riverview Shopping Centre, and support people across the Hawkesbury and Western Sydney, roughly a 20 kilometre radius around our office. That takes in Richmond, Penrith, Blacktown, the Hills District, Marsden Park and plenty of suburbs in between. If you're not sure whether we reach your area, give us a call and we'll tell you straight away.
Getting started takes one phone call or a quick enquiry form. Tell us a little about yourself, your NDIS plan and the kind of support you're after. Our service coordinator will come back to you within one business day to arrange a proper chat, by phone or in person at our Windsor office. From there, you decide what happens next and at what pace.
Yes, and it's simpler than most people expect. You have the right to change providers at any time, whatever the reason. We'll help you understand any notice period in your current service agreement, handle the handover conversations you'd rather avoid, and make sure your supports continue without a gap while the change happens. Many of the people we support came to us exactly this way.
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly, whether you're a participant, a family member or a carer, and we'll take it from there. If you already work with a support coordinator from another organisation, they're welcome to refer on your behalf. There's a form on this site that makes the whole thing quick for them, and self-referrals are just as welcome.
Your enquiry goes straight to our service coordinator rather than into a queue. You'll hear back within one business day, usually by phone if you've given us a number. We'll talk through your situation, your plan and your goals, then suggest a sensible next step. That might be a meeting, a home visit or simply some information to think over. There's never any obligation to go further.
Yes. Enable Hub is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission across the service categories we deliver. Registration matters because it means we're independently audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, and it means agency-managed participants can use our services. Plan-managed and self-managed participants are welcome too, so whichever way your funding is handled, you can choose us.
As much or as little as you like. Many people want family members or carers in the room when support is being planned, and we make them welcome. Others prefer to manage things themselves, and that's respected just the same. You set the level of involvement, and you can change it whenever you want. What matters is that the decisions stay yours.
All the time. If your coordinator sits with another organisation, we work alongside them exactly as we would our own people, sharing updates, confirming service agreements and keeping communication clear so nothing slips through. Coordinators tell us the thing they value most is a quick, straight answer, so that's what they get from us on every referral and every question.
