NDIS Provider Near Emu Plains
NDIS Support on the River Side of Penrith
Support Workers & Daily Living
Emu Plains has a slower pace than the city across the river, and support should match it. Our support workers come to your home for personal care, meals, household tasks and appointments on a rhythm you set, and the same person keeps coming so you are never explaining yourself twice.
Community Access & the River
For the shopping there is Lennox Village, the riverside paths and parks are at the end of the street, and Penrith's cafes and cinema are a few minutes across the water. A support worker can make any of them a regular outing, with company for the trip and help with whatever the day brings.
Supported Independent Living
As a registered SIL provider, we support people living in shared accommodation across the Penrith area and Western Sydney. Whether you are only starting to explore SIL or want a change of provider in an existing home, we can talk through how it works and what your NDIS plan would need to cover.
Where the Suburbs Meet the Mountains

Emu Plains sits on the western bank of the river at the foot of the Blue Mountains, the last stop on Sydney's suburban train network before the line climbs into the hills. It is older and quieter than the estates further east, with a heritage-listed station, established gardens and a community that has stayed put for generations, and the hospital, specialists and big shops are a short trip across the water. For people living with disability, it is a calm place to live with a city within reach.
From our office in Windsor, Emu Plains is about forty minutes away, and our support workers come to your home through the week for in-home assistance, personal care and community access. We offer recovery coaching where your plan includes it, and Lusi on our team runs a fortnightly Sunday outing with pickup from home. If you are in Emu Plains and want to talk through what we can offer, call us on 02 9037 3716 or request a callback.
