NDIS Provider Near Blacktown

Ways We Can Help

NDIS Support in the Middle of Western Sydney

Support Workers & Daily Living

Blacktown moves fast, and a steady support worker helps you keep pace on your own terms. Ours come to your home for personal care, meals, household tasks and appointments, including trips to Blacktown Hospital, and the same person returns each time so you never start over.

Community Access & City Centre Life

Westpoint, the station and the bus interchange sit together in the centre, with Changing Places toilets inside Westpoint and lifts at the station. A support worker can travel with you anywhere from there, and our fortnightly Sunday outings add a regular day out with others.

Supported Independent Living

As a registered SIL provider, we support people living in shared accommodation across Western Sydney, including our own home in nearby Riverstone. If you are considering SIL, or want a different provider in your current home, we can explain what is involved and what your plan needs to include.

Blacktown & Surrounds

A City in Its Own Right, With Everything Within Reach

Flushcombe Road, Blacktown

At the centre of one of the biggest local government areas in the country, Blacktown feels like a city of its own, with Main Street's shops and services, the library, the pools and sporting fields, a council that invests in its parks and a community drawn from every part of the world. Allied health practices, specialists and disability services have followed the people here, which means more choice close to home than most suburbs can offer. For people living with disability, few places in Western Sydney put this much within reach of one postcode.

Our office in Windsor is around twenty-five minutes from Blacktown along Richmond Road, and our support workers cover the suburb and its neighbours through the week for in-home assistance, personal care and community access. We offer recovery coaching where your NDIS plan includes it, and Lusi on our team runs a fortnightly Sunday outing with pickup from home. To talk about support in Blacktown, call us on 02 9037 3716 or send a message through our contact form and we will come back to you.
