NDIS Provider Near Westmead

Ways We Can Help

NDIS Support Beside Sydney's Biggest Health Precinct

Support Workers & Daily Living

Living next to the hospitals means a lot of appointments, and a support worker who knows your routine makes them manageable. Ours help with personal care, meals and household tasks at home, then go with you to the appointment and stay if you want company in the waiting room.

Community Access by Train and Light Rail

Westmead station on the T1 and T5 lines and the light rail stops along Hawkesbury Road put Parramatta, Westfield and the city a few minutes away without a car. A support worker can travel with you, and our fortnightly Sunday outings give you a regular day out with others.

Supported Independent Living

As a registered SIL provider, we support people living in shared accommodation across Western Sydney. If you are thinking about SIL, or want a different provider in the home you already share, we can explain how the support works and what your NDIS plan would need to include.

Westmead & Surrounds

Hospitals, Trains and a Village in Between

Hawkesbury Road, Westmead

Built around one of the largest health precincts in Australia, Westmead has the hospitals and research institutes along Hawkesbury Road at its core, with a university campus growing beside them and streets of apartments and family homes filling in around. Westmead Village covers the everyday shopping, and the suburb has the pharmacies, allied health rooms and medical centres you would expect of a place where so much of the care in Western Sydney happens. For people living with disability, care is close by here, and good support is what turns that into a calm week.

From our office in Windsor, Westmead is around thirty-five minutes away, and our support workers come to your home through the week for personal care, daily living and the appointments that come with living beside the hospitals. We offer recovery coaching where your plan includes it, and Lusi on our team runs a fortnightly Sunday outing with pickup from home. Call us on 02 9037 3716 or request a callback and we will talk through what support in Westmead could look like.
