NDIS Participant

Every NDIS participant has rights protected under the NDIS Act and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Enable Hub takes them seriously, and if something isn't right, we genuinely want to know about it.

Right to Respect

To be treated with dignity and respect in every interaction with Enable Hub staff and contractors.

Right to Choose

To choose your providers, change providers and make decisions about how your support is delivered.

Right to Privacy

Your personal and health information stays confidential, handled in line with Australian privacy law.

Right to Safety

To receive supports free from harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Right to Feedback

To raise concerns or make a complaint at any time without any consequences for your services.

Right to Support

To have a support person, advocate or interpreter with you at any stage of the complaints process.

How to Make a Complaint

We Want to Make It Right

If you're unhappy with any aspect of your support, the first step is contacting Enable Hub directly, by phone, email or in person at our Windsor office. We acknowledge complaints promptly and work through them fairly with you. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au at any time.
