Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery Support,
Built Around Your Week

Living with a psychosocial disability can make the ordinary parts of a week feel like the hardest part. Your recovery coach works alongside you and your treating mental health team to build daily structure, confidence and connection at a pace you set, whether that means getting appointments and medication into a routine, finding your way back into community life or having a steady person to call when a rough patch arrives.

  • Psychosocial recovery coaching, funded under Capacity Building
  • Working alongside your GP, psychologist and mental health services
  • Regular sessions at home or out in the community
How We Help

What Changes When You Have a Recovery Coach

Make Sense of Your Plan

We go through what your NDIS plan funds for psychosocial support and help you use it with confidence.

Routines That Hold

Together we build daily structure around sleep, meals, medication and appointments, so the week has a shape you can rely on.

Connected to Your Team

Your coach keeps in touch with your GP, psychologist and mental health services, so everyone is working from the same page.

Steady Through Setbacks

Recovery has hard weeks. We plan for them with you in advance and stay close when one of them arrives.

Skills That Grow

Coaching builds on what you can already do, adding practical skills and confidence so you rely on less support over time.

Coaching in Your Language

Our recovery coach speaks English, Nepali and Hindi, and brings a Master of Social Work and a background in mental health services.

FAQs

Recovery Coaching Questions

  • Anyone whose NDIS plan funds it. That is usually the case when the plan recognises psychosocial support needs, the NDIS term for conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety or depression or post-traumatic stress. If you are not sure if yours does, send us a copy or read us the relevant section over the phone and we will tell you.
